1. Barton & Williams School of Dance

With the reputation of the longest running studio in the Stafford, Virginia, area, Barton & Williams School of Dance is a great hobby to pick up. Located in the same spot with the same owners since 1989, this artsy school will have you moving to the beat no matter what age you are. They range from creative movement classes for preschoolers to pre-professional classes for adults. Sign up for any of their numerous class options. This upper level club hosts tryouts in order to play on one of their teams. Once you try out for Stafford Virginia’s Premier Soccer Club, they will assess your abilities and place you on  team with one of their highly skilled coaches. You will be placed with people who have the same capabilities and skill level as yourself. They usually play on Sunday with a rare chance of a Saturday game, and they do have off-season conditioning to keep you in tip-top shape all year long. 3. Youth Sports On Base

Let’s face it, kids are what drives a community. Without them, what would all the parents have to do? Sign your child up for one of the many youth sports teams and activities. Basketball, baseball, soccer, gymnastics, martial arts, dance, cheer, tumbling, and tennis are all offered on the Quantico Military Base. They are fun, friendly, and excellent for a family outing because the focus in all about the kids. The Quantico Military Base even has non-athletic activities to keep you going all summer.
