Driving Through Our Community<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The roads in our community abide by the same standards as the roads outside of it, especially during these cold winter days. While driving through the community, please:<\/p>\n

\n
• Please be mindful of black ice<\/li>\n
• Follow the posted speed limit (15 mph)<\/li>\n
• Stay on the right side of the road while driving<\/li>\n
• Watch out for pedestrians walking<\/li>\n
• Be extra cautious of children in the neighborhood, especially before\/after school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Cleaning Up After Your Pet<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  While walking your pets in our community, it is important to bring a baggie with you to pick up your pet's waste and dispose of it properly. Pet stations are conveniently located throughout the community. If any station is out of bags, please contact the office at your earliest convenience. Per the signed Pet Addendum, a <\/u><\/strong>$100.00 fine<\/u><\/strong> will be issued per instance.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
