The community has always been there for you in every aspect of your life, so now it is time to show your appreciation by giving back. Quantico has a variety of programs that make giving back to your community easy.<\/span>

\n\tMCCS Youth Sports <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tOne of the more fun ways of giving back to the community is through sports. Teach kids how to play soccer, help organize games, or even help coach a few teams. MCCS Youth Sports needs volunteers to make sure that the children are able to have the best experience possible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tRappahannock United Way<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tRappahannock United Way focuses on three things; education, income, and health. They help make sure that the community is at its best. They ensure that every person in the area has the skills to hold a steady job, support local educational programs that help kids get the best school experience, and seek to reduce the cost of prescription medicine for those in need. \n\tIf you're a person who loves the outdoors and working with your hands, then we’d strongly recommend volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Each home they build requires a lot of effort, organization and fundraising. Habitat for Humanity needs hard working volunteers to help make everything possible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tWater, sun, physical activity, and an amazing atmosphere are just some of the essentials of a fast and effective recovery. Living in Quantico, you know that there is a large military presence. The military is here to protect and serve their community, but once in a while the military needs your help. Team River Runner's helps recovering military members by creating a healthy and active environment through paddle sports. Help Team River Runner by donating money or your time so they can continue to help our soldiers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
